How do I know if I need counseling support?

If you are asking yourself that question, it wouldn't hurt to reach out to our counselor. These are uncertain times, and it can be stressful. We want to support you the best way we can but are unable to if you don't reach out. Please consider connecting with our counselor to determine if there is a service that might be beneficial to you!

Counseling Services, located in the CATS 202 office suite on the top floor of the Center for Achievement and Transition Services, provides counseling and other services at no charge to Peru State students.
