Enrollment for Veterans

Where to Start

  1. Apply for Admissions and submit copies of your DD form 214 (discharge from active duty) and transcripts/certificates for all military schooling or training.
  2. Complete an Application for Education Benefits (VONAPP) as soon as you are admitted to Peru State College.
  3.  Upon receiving your Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) from the VA, submit a copy of it to Peru State College’s School Certifying Official via fax, email or walk in.

For more information content student records by emailing veterans@peru.edu.

Students receiving Veterans Benefits must submit a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) from the Department of Veterans Affairs to the VA Representative at Peru State College, either in person electronically, or via fax.  Students who fail to submit their CoE to the VA Representative will not have their enrollment certified after their initial semester. If the VA Representative certifies student enrollment with the VA for the initial semester without a CoE, benefits awarded may not be in line with the benefits a student believes they should receive.
