Waivers
According to Peru State College policy, room waivers cannot be used on Apartment rent.
Room and Board Refunds
Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is cancelled during the first week of class will receive a 100% refund. Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is cancelled after the first week will receive prorated refunds of their room and board charges. Students must officially check out of the residence halls within 48 hours of withdrawing. Student accounts will be prorated based upon the number of weeks the student is in the residence hall, up to the eighth week of school. After the eighth week of school, there will be no refunds issued for room and board charges. A partial week shall be considered a full week for prorating purposes. A week is considered Sunday through Saturday. Contracts cancelled for violation of the student code of conduct will not receive refunds for room and board. -
All New Freshmen will be required to purchase either the 265-Food Block ($2,451 per semester) or the Unlimited Foods Plan ($2,553 per semester) for their first year.
