The Foundation uses gifts according to the expressed intentions of donors at the time contributions are received; and in the absence of such expressed donor intent, within guidelines established by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Gifts are collectively invested and managed according to policies and guidelines established by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
